Welcome to POSage (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the POSage website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using POSage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.


1. Eligibility

To use POSage:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.

  • You must be legally able to enter into a contract.

  • You must provide accurate business and contact information.


2. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account.

You agree:

  • To provide true, accurate and complete information.

  • To keep your login credentials secure.

  • That you are responsible for all activities under your account.

POSage is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your negligence.


3. Service Description

POSage provides:

  • Point of Sale (POS)

  • Inventory management

  • Sales reports

  • Customer management

  • Related business tools

Features may change, improve, or be discontinued without prior notice.


4. Subscription & Payments

4.1 Pricing

POSage operates on a subscription-based model (monthly or annual).

All prices:

  • Are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise.

  • Are exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in advance.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

4.3 Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, except:

  • If POSage fails to provide the Service due to internal technical issues.


5. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

  • It is for evaluation only.

  • You may not create multiple accounts to abuse it.

  • POSage may end the trial at any time.


6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use POSage for illegal activities.

  • Upload malicious code.

  • Reverse engineer or copy the software.

  • Sell or resell the service without permission.


7. Data & Privacy

7.1 Ownership

You own your business data.
POSage only processes it to provide services.

7.2 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, but:

  • No system is 100% secure.

  • You use the service at your own risk.

7.3 Backups

You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
POSage is not liable for data loss.


8. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, branding, and content are property of POSage.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Distribute

  • Use branding without written permission.


9. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

POSage is not responsible for:

  • Internet failures

  • Device problems

  • Third-party outages


10. Third-Party Services

POSage may integrate with:

  • Payment gateways

  • SMS providers

  • Cloud services

We are not responsible for third-party failures.


11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You misuse the service.

  • You fail to pay.

You may terminate anytime by stopping usage.


12. Limitation of Liability

POSage is not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Profit loss

  • Data corruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability = total amount paid by you in last 3 months.


13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify POSage from:

  • Legal claims

  • Damages

  • Losses caused by your misuse.


14. Modifications

We may update these Terms anytime.
Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.


15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute shall be resolved in courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
